of any passenger who fails to present himself/herself at the loading gate for boarding at least 15 minutes
before the scheduled departure time of the flight even if the passenger has checked in for the flight at another

damages resulting from the failure of flights to depart or arrive at the times stated or for errors or omissions of data.
